Job Title: Simphony POS Consultant
Location: Lulea,Sweden
Job Type: Contract
Job description:
- Inventory management and support for all restaurants devices like Workstation tills, Kitchen Display, Printers, etc.
- Price Management across countries, regions and zones.
- Product Management like configuring new products, campaigns, discounts, etc.
- Realtime support for restaurants issues and requests.
- Works with local Max support team and resolving issues raised from restaurants.
- Communicate with third party vendors like ATEA, AGENTS for KIOSK and hardware support.
- Need to co-ordinate with Oracle team for any technical support.
- Worked in Retail Industry and knows retail business, especially Inventory Management, Stock Management.
- Experience on Point of Sale.
- Basic knowledge on networking and hardware support.
- Basic knowledge on Oracle Simphony (additional)
