MS Office 365 Consultant - Luxembourg

Languages: ENGLISH only.

Skills and Experience:

  • Appropriate qualifications and minimum of five (5) years of experience directly relevant for the Project.
  • Experience in drafting ToR of a similar size and value.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications from an end user perspective.
  • Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Understanding of business processes in document management, finance, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of document/information management practices.
  • Experience with IT solutions for mobile working.
  • Experience with IT concepts such as Cloud, VPN, Back up, and encryption.

Description of work:

  • Gather functional and technical requirements from the various stakeholders.
  • Produce a complete and clear requirements document (ToR).
  • Provide expertise on the Office 365 suite of solutions and the various functional, technical; contractual points to be considered.
  • Prepare weekly management updates and reports on progress and improvements made.
  • Contribute to the business documentations related to the RFP.
  • Coordinate the execution of business documentations with IT and the Commercial Legal & Procurement teams.
  • Review the proposals of suppliers and support the decision making process.
