MS Office 365 Consultant - Luxembourg
Languages: ENGLISH only.
Skills and Experience:
- Appropriate qualifications and minimum of five (5) years of experience directly relevant for the Project.
- Experience in drafting ToR of a similar size and value.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications from an end user perspective.
- Knowledge of and experience with the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
- Understanding of business processes in document management, finance, and reporting.
- Knowledge of document/information management practices.
- Experience with IT solutions for mobile working.
- Experience with IT concepts such as Cloud, VPN, Back up, and encryption.
Description of work:
- Gather functional and technical requirements from the various stakeholders.
- Produce a complete and clear requirements document (ToR).
- Provide expertise on the Office 365 suite of solutions and the various functional, technical; contractual points to be considered.
- Prepare weekly management updates and reports on progress and improvements made.
- Contribute to the business documentations related to the RFP.
- Coordinate the execution of business documentations with IT and the Commercial Legal & Procurement teams.
- Review the proposals of suppliers and support the decision making process.
