IT Process Owner (ITIL)
For our client we are looking for a Process Owner
Job description:
We are looking for a IT Process Owner to join our customers Automotive company, working with Problem management. In this role you will be accountable for the design and implementation of the processes, making sure that the process is fit for its purpose and ensuring it is performed according to agreed documents and standards.
You will be a key player in improving our customers operational stability through process management. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders, delivering in line with the organizations vision and culture. As Process Owner you are also responsible for identifying improvements to ensure that the process and process tools continues to be effective and efficient. This means interfacing with many stakeholders within CED and their suppliers. You will work closely together with a process manager for each process.
Main responsibilities:
- Define the process strategy
- Accountable for the process design
- Accountable for the process implementation and integration within the organization and with suppliers
- Ensure that the process is performed in accordance with the agreed and documented process
- Accountable for documenting and publishing the process
- Define and review the measurement of the process using metrics such as key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Accountable for continues process improvement activities
- Maintain Process stakeholder map and communication plan
- Manage Process communication to all stakeholders
- Accountable for developing training material and performing training in the process and/or procedures
Required skills:
- University degree or equivalent
- ITIL V3 Foundation Certified and ITIL Lifecycle or Capability Certified for Service Operation
- Work experience in ITIL processes
- Demonstrated capability in designing processes, workflows or similar
- Work experience from multi sourced global environment
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
