Audience Campaign Manager
The Campaign Manager will be responsible for the full funnel campaign planning, content creation through agencies, digital execution readiness and evaluation of campaigns that relate to their audience.

This role requires strong experience in integrated marketing communications in a B2B organisation in developing and implementing marketing programs and campaigns, suitable for the region and adapted to the local markets.

The campaigns that are created focus on lead generation, nurture and drive demand for both customers and partners. Knowledge and experience of digital and social channels and a good understanding of lead nurturing techniques through the implementation of customer journeys is essential.

A large component of the role will be on adapting and localising the Global & Regional campaigns in partnership with our in-house creative team and roster agencies, making them suitable for the Theatre, local countries and Partners. You will be expected to recommend execution tactics and vehicles that are in scope with the marketing budget that integrate into the customer journey.
The candidate will be required to generate and apply regional insights to each Campaign and be accountable for using the data tools to help measuring the ROMI and performance of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities

  • Working with a localization agency, manage the transcreation of campaign content and assets into required languages
  • Stakeholder Management and Communication
  • Own the Campaign Execution Plan including all the localised assets and content
  • Accountable for briefing in the creative agencies to deliver on brand content with exemplary creative and messaging
  • ROMI analysis, campaign metrics and reporting by Campaign & Audience with identification of relevant insights
  • Best practice sharing with other Countries, Regional Marketing & Global Marketing teams to constantly improve results

Key Skills Requirements

  • Fluent in English, any other languages spoken an advantage
  • A Higher Education Marketing Degree and relevant working experience from a similar position or a BtoB Marketing Communication environment
  • Experience of working in a global organisation an advantage
  • Innovative, forward thinking marketer
  • Demonstrable understanding and experience of working across languages and cultures
  • Campaign planning, delivery, co-ordination and evaluation
  • Inbound and outbound lead generation programme creation, delivery and measurement
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles
  • Agency briefing and management
  • Excellent Project management
