Your work tasks will include:
Facilitating design sessions and creating functional requirements
Providing solution to our clients around best practices of SAP in the area of Real Estate.
Providing leading functional and technical expertise in SAP RE-FX
Desired skills and experience
10 years SAP RE-FX functional and technical experience preferably with a minimum of 4 SAP Implementations.
Strong knowledge in RE-FX master data, Lease-In and Lease-Out scenarios
Expertise in IFRS16 requirements and the lease standard SAP solution through Real Estate
Have a good knowledge of Finance business processes and is familiar with integration with other SAP modules
Possess strong analytical skills and can help our client in finding the best solution for their business requirements
Have excellent writing, presentation and communication skills and relevant background/education
