Description
We're working alongside one of our clients who are a leader in their field to, it just so happens they are awesome to work for as well! They are looking to recruit a Rating Assurance Analyst who will play a key role in ensuring customers are billed accurately - You will work with the team to establish new processes that will proactively pick up billing inaccuracies.
As the Rating Assurance Analyst you will be involved in:
- Billing/Metering accuracy
- Early engagement with new projects
- Incident Management
- Reporting
- Continuous improvement
- Operational improvement/excellence
The role of Rating Assurance Analyst will allow you to demonstrate/enhance skills within:
- Knowledge of tools such as SQL/SAS/SQL Server
- Skills within Rating/Revenue Assurance
- Technical understanding of systems including billing/provisioning/mediation and CRM
- Knowledge of tools to process and reconcile date (Excel pivot tables etc.)
