My client based in the West Midlands is looking to bring on aboard a Development team lead to join their existing programme team.
This role requires someone with excellent people management skills able to communicate across a Project team and engage with 3rd party suppliers and offshore and onshore teams. This is a Blue Prism RPA programme, so if you have experience of Robotics process automation this is a real benefit however the role is a management/leader position reporting into the Project Manager and being his point of contact for all things development related. You should be able to demonstrate a proven career in software development, within business/system transformnation projects, which has led you to a lead/management position able to clearly communicate challenges and information between the technical and non-technical teams.
