CRM Business Analyst- 6 months- Amsterdam, NL- January
Global Enterprise Partners is looking for experienced CRM Business Analyst for a client located in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Requirements for the CRM Business Analyst:
5+ years' experience working as Business Analyst on CRM projects
Analysis of marketing plans, execution of account plans
Experience mapping out the AS-IS process, identifying gaps for process improvement, To-BE process
Creation of the roadmap with clear milestones towards TO-BE situation
Ability to work independently, with limited supervision as well as team setting
Able to work on-site in the Netherlands without restriction
Fluency in English, additional European languages are an added benefit
