An excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst to join a leading international client in Malmo, Sweden. Minimum 6 month contract with high chance of extensions long term. The Business Analyst will be joining a large Talent acquisition platform transformation project that will last initially until end of September 2019.
Background
Currently in the middle of a 2 year implementation project of the new Talent Acquisition Platform. The Business Analyst will be part of this large project, until September 2019 further developing the remaining modules (such as pre-boarding, sourcing, referral, agency portal, apps and analytics). As well roll-out existing and new releases to the clients remaining 22 markets.
The scope of the consultant services is to assist in.
- Gathering requirements for the remaining configuration/development of the solution.
- Hand-over requirements to developers and have a dialogue about optimal configuration of these.
- Quality assure that all requirements are fulfilled with a new developed features.
- Hand-over new features to our users/line organization.
Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc.
Consultant shall have a couple of years' experience working with configuration of a SaaS solution. Work in an Agile DevOps team is documented as well as relevant business knowledge (preferably work with recruitment or talent management capabilities).
