Service Desk Analyst position available with a leading Investment Bank.

Working within the CTO Team (Chief Technology Organization) responsible for building and operating E2E technology infrastructure solutions and managing critical systems and platforms across the bank.

You will be responsible and accountable for carrying out day to day tasks of the IT Service Desk function - taking calls, working with internal bank employees, resolving their issues and answering IT queries.
