My Manchester based client are looking for a Finance and Commercial Analyst with the following skills;
* Financial controls and processes
* Cross charge environment
* Government frameworks (G-Cloud, Digital Market Place etc.) including commercial tendering process
* Supplier management and stakeholder skills
* Expert user of Microsoft Excel packages
* Understanding of commercial vehicles in government such as statements of work
* Large financial and budgetary demands
Desirable;
* Atlassian JIRA and Confluence
* Knowledge of process design
