Technical Sourcer/Recruiter (2-3 days telecommute or remote!)
Immediate need for a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter to join an industry leading SaaS company in Atlanta!
You will join a talented team focused on full life cycle recruiting supporting 3 business units within R&D throughout the US. You will source, identify, pre-screen/qualify interviews, negotiate salaries and close candidates for technical and management positions. Other responsibilities include evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, reference checks, salary recommendations, and coach hiring managers on the recruiting process. In order to be successful in this role, you must have current technical sourcing experience focused on supporting R&D positions.
Enjoy this initial 6 month contract with option to extend or convert in the Perimeter/Sandy Springs area. This position allows for 2-3 days telecommute or the option to be fully remote after initial ramp up period.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of technical sourcing/recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing experience with boolean searches
- Experience communicating with hiring managers directly for intake meetings on job orders and candidate feedback
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
