Contract Length: 31st march 2019

Location: Bristol

IR35: In scope

Pay Rate to Candidate: GBP 300-GBP 350 in scope

Minimum Requirement:

Working with SME to identify the high level aims and goals to be able to work with them on Scripting and the process

Able to run the process regarding digital and the whole process and leading on the scope and delivery

Given a project and working towards completion of certain pieces of work, testing and delivery of the scope of work.

New innovative work that the candidate will work on and also looking at new management training e line courses.

Description:

Main duties and responsibilities:

Working as part of the OD Digital & People Skills team to develop online learning solutions.

This will involve working across our staff groups at all levels to implement and embed the Organisational Development Strategy through the identitification of need, scoping requirements, designing solutions, building and delivering these and completing appropriate testing and evaluation. You will promote a culture that encourages organisational success through Continuing Professional and Personal Development at all levels. You will represent us locally/regionally as required and work effectively with external partners.

You will be required to keep up to date with new workplace learning technologies and methodologies and ensure that these are fully investigated and employed where appropriate.

Instructional design background, technical capability and experience of developing blended learning experiences incorporating the use of a range of learning technologies and products.

Must have experience of developing eLearning content using Articulate Storyline or similar and be able to showcase a portfolio of work to demonstrate skill in the end to end production of learning products.

The person will be able to demonstrate that they are able to recognise where a digital learning solutions is the right thing to do, that they have worked successfully with Subject Matter Experts to agree content, storyboards, produce and/or source a range of graphics, animations, video and follow the end to end discovery, production, testing and review phases involved in developing eLearning content.

Will be able to work face to face and remotely as part of a team collaborating on a range of products and be able to adopt similar working approaches to working with SMEs. This is for a short, fixed term contract to deliver on a number of projects related to developing compliance based training, leadership and management programmes and working with clinical and scientific staff to develop new programmes related to the work we do at NHSBT. Base can be Bristol or Birmingham
