Transport Planner Senior Officer - EDINBURGH - INSIDE IR35
An opportunity for an experienced Transport Planner is required to join our client based in Edinburgh for an initial period of 3 months. You will be responsible overseeing the deliverability of a Decriminalise Parking Enforcement service. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of parking service, drafting of technical and financial reports and developing the Local Transport Plan.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum degree qualification in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Practical experience parking related industry and Transportation planning.
- Transport modelling - arcady, Picardy, Transyt, Micro/macro sims .
- Roads and traffic legislation and other best practice documentation.
