Scrum Master
One of my clients is urgently looking for a Swedish speaking Scrum Master for a 6-12 month contract in Solna, Sweden. For this assignment you will work in a dynamic environment where innovation and engineering is part of our DNA. The department Web & Digital Solutions delivers solutions using Agile methodologies over multiple teams. Teams are multi skilled and diverse, working close with Business.
As a Scrum Master you will play a central role in supporting one of our teams and making sure we deliver high quality solutions on our new Online Platform. One of the foundations of the platform is making use of Azure PaaS services with a high focus on automation combined with a BizDevOps approach.
Required skills:
- Guide, coach and manage a Scrum team, support PO and follow up on progress.
- Manage team related admin/reporting.
- Drive an Agile culture and mindset.
- Act as Scrum Master for Development teams
- Coach fellow Scrum Masters
- Support organizational change
- Support leaders to remove impediments
Preferred skills:
- A proven business acumen, and a profound interest in driving value-creating innovation
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- More than 5 years' experience with Scrum (Agile)
- More than 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master
- Leadership skills and structured way of working.
- Traditional Agile Methods (Scrum and Kanban)
- Coaching individuals and teams
