Description

Our client a world leading Investment Bank based in London is currently recruiting for a candidate to join a newly-formed HR Analytics & Insight team, the primary focus of the team is to add business value by unlocking actionable insights from the organisations data through the use of statistical analysis and machine learning.

Key Technical Skills:

  • MSc essential (PhD preferred) in Industrial-Organisational (I-O) Psychology, Occupational Psychology, Organisational Behaviour, Cognitive Psychology/Science, Social Psychology, Neuroscience or related discipline.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative analytical strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs, interventions, and efforts for a large organisation.
  • Advanced statistical analysis ability (eg, regression, analysis of variance, factor analysis, longitudinal data analysis, structural equation modelling, survival analysis, IRT, Dif Analysis, Mokken Analysis etc.)
  • Functional knowledge of at least three advanced data analytical software (eg. SPSS, AMOS, R, MatLab, Stata, Mplus).
  • Experience with or exposure to measuring people processes (eg talent management, reward, organisational development, recruitment, leadership and succession planning).
  • Experience in delivering findings to stakeholders who may be unfamiliar with advanced data techniques and technical jargon.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience analysing large and complex data-sets.
  • Experience designing an organisational analysis research plan and conducting research using both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods (interviews, focus groups, survey, experiments etc.)
  • Experience forming testable hypotheses, based on latest academic research and targeted business outcomes.
  • Experience evaluating the impact of an intervention or change on an outcome and accounting for factors that could impact conclusions drawn from a research study.
  • Hands-on experience of predictive modelling, machine learning, neural networks or cognitive maps would be desirable.
