Consultant - Full time - Amsterdam
Duration: 6-8 weeks (starting ASAP, preferably before Dec 10th)
Description of the work package(s):
Set up “Strategy Execution” tools in Personal Health businesses in a standardized and effective way
• Adopt internal best practices and prepare replicable tool to be deployed
• Collaborate with stakeholders in different teams and ensure effective cadence is set-up
Competencies required: Typical experienced consultant profile
• 3-7 years of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
• Independent worker that owns and drives analysis work streams, guided by the Group Strategy
• leadership team
• Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize
• information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
• Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations
Good to have:
• Past experience of working with Philips or with Philips Group Strategy team
• Experience or knowledge of Philips’ consumer businesses across topics like: sleep apnea,
• COPD management, maternal and infant care, consumer home appliances
• Deep knowledge of health systems/ medical experience not needed
Rate below 110 EUR/hr (level 70/80)
