Management Accountant urgently required for our Bristol based client on an 8 month initial contract + extensions.You will be responsible for the analysis, computation and posting of revenue recognition, as well as the analysis computation and posting of staff costs. You will run depreciation calculations in RAM and journal into SUN, whilst preparing monthly KPI analysis and reporting. You will also be expected to prepare draft accounts and review with FC and CFO. You will support the Systems Manager with set up of currency databases and operation of processes and controls for financial results for oversees operations. You will also support the FC with the preparation of quarterly consolidated accounts and annual statutory reporting and audit queries where appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have high level of IT skills (excel to intermediate level as a minimum). Full membership of CCAB accounting institutes, CIMA or recognised equivalent and compliance with Continuing Professional Development requirement of their professional accountancy body. Public Sector experience is also preferred however not essential.
