For my Client, an international tech business famous for its defining search engine along with other tech products, I'm looking for Education Events Coordinator to work in their central London business. This role will be responsible for working with each sales lead to plan and execute priority events in each region. You will also work closely with our partners to support their events and ensure they have the required assets, swag, branding, etc. to launch a successful event.
Key skills we are looking for:
* Max 5 years of experience as Event Planner/Program Manager
* Skills to build and execute on programmatic strategic plans on a country-wide basis across EMEA
* Strong background in event planning and project management experience, including planning, execution and risk.
* Track record of effectively delivering large-scale and/or multiple events at one time in a fast-moving environment
* Familiarity with working in spreadsheets and Salesforce to report and track customer progress and event impact
* Customer-facing experience. You should be comfortable talking with customers about general technology and cloud needs
* Highly-motivated and the ability to navigate ambiguity. This role requires a large degree of flexibility; we need someone who is ready to dive right in, learn quickly, and pursue new ideas without being prompted to do so.
* Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities:
Full ownership of all planning and execution of sales events across priority regions, primarily focused on the UK.
