Description

We are looking for Service Desk Analyst for a Global Technology Company with more than 120,000 employees in 90 locations
Position- Service Desk Analyst
Location- Leipzig, Germany / Budapest, Hungary
Salary-1800 – 2500 Euros/Month
Requirements
• English language skills, German language skills at least B2
• Willingness and interest to acquire IT expertise
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role will be an additional advantage
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Understanding of business practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset
• Problem-solving aptitude
