Description
One of our leading clients based in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a Microsoft SQL/SSIS/SSRS candidate based in Poland.
English speaking is fine.
Microsoft SQL - administration, SSIS, SSRS, T-SQL, security, backup etc.
- Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Basic knowledge of .Net
- Active Directory environment
- Knowledge about security and certificates - IT Security Vulnerability management
- Experience in implementation of ERP systems
- IBM Lotus Enterprise Integrator
- Knowledge in SharePoint Farm .
- Good Knowledge in SharePoint Services like Search,User Profile.
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and checking the ULS logs.
- The candidate will be part of a 3 member team providing L3 technical support for local and globally hosted Applications supporting the Poland Practice.
- Resolve Incidents and Service Request within the SLA which are escalated from other teams
- Identify, build and deploy opportunities for Continuous Improvements
- Create/update application documentation
- Identify Root Causes for Problem Records and create necessary documentation
- Provide/review resolutions to Break/Fixes, create scripts, resolve performance issues and work on small enhancements
- Drive high Priority Incidents to closure
- Follow the set ITIL Service Management Processes
- Participate in BCP/DR drills
- Candidate will be expected to provide support on an interim basis for off hours support activities (evening or weekend deployments)
