Description
As part of a growing team, who specialist in Real Estate and Private equity funds, you will oversee the purchase of new properties and handle all transactions.
Once a property has been identified, you would work with investors to ensure proper legal documentation and controls are in place. Once this has been confirmed, you will need to ensure that money is received from investors and that payment is made for the properties in the agreed time frames.
To be considered you must have:
- Experience working with Real Estate or Private Equity funds.
- Operations experience within Custody.
- Working knowledge of investment documents.
- Strong organisational skills.
Frequent travel is required - expenses will be included.
