Story Behind the Need -
This employee will work in the Agile-Scrum environment as a product manager to develop the mobile banking experience. Attends all Scrum ceremonies including stand-ups, refinement, spirit planning and retrospectives. Defines requirements via story creation, works with development and QA team to refine stories, performs user acceptance testing, provides demos to line of business. Also involved in problem solving and working with UX teams to define customer experience. Builds the PNC mobile app for Andriod and IoS, consolidate the features in the virtual wallet, to have 1 app.
