Looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has experience resolving issues raised by customers using Dynamics CRM

Role Title: Technical Support Engineer (CRM Dynamics)

 Location: Dublin City Centre

Contract: 12 months daily rate contract

Start date: ASAP

Required Skills:

  • 3-4 years in technical support and 1 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM online.
  • Good Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
  • Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills combined with strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting end-users on both hardware and software
  • Experience troubleshooting Hardware, Software and network issues and resolving issues
  • Degree in an IT related subject
