Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major private sector client in the UK. We are currently recruiting a Technical Author in Cardiff.
Role - Technical Author
Location - Cardiff
Duration - 6months +
Ideal Candidate should be:
- Introduce a framework whereby NWIS can easily create and publish high quality API and technical documentation into the public domain (for example using GitHub and GitHub pages.)
- Using this framework, publish a series of initial API guides for Demographics, Reference Data, Diagnostic Results and Observations.
- Suggest a suitable method that allows software developers to create high quality technical documentation as part of their Definition of Done and Continuous Integration processes.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of new technologies, understanding the potential benefits they may have in systems development.
- Researching, exploring and making use of effective new technologies, and architecture techniques and taking a leading role in the provision of standards for delivering technical documentation into the public/private domain using continuous integration and continuous delivery techniques.
