Deskside Services Engineer Needed
Major Swedish client is looking for Deskside Engineers for a new project.
Skills preferred:
As IT engineer works in onsite support team, provide IT support to users onsite, works with global support teams and other functional service teams.
Responsibilities and
Duties Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot local and remote PCs, phones, printers and other client side equipment.
Resolve tier 2 Helpdesk tickets that fall under the Desktop Services groups' responsibility. IT Purchase and IT asset management.
Assist with implementation of systems as global teams or business needs require.
Key Performance KPIs of onsite support achievement, customer satisfaction, flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules.
Competencies Highly motivated with an ability to effectively prioritize and execute task in a high pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spoken and written English skill is a must.
