Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Job Duration: 6 months
Job Location: Dublin, Ireland
Job Summary:
- Your role and responsibilities will include:
- Provide financial reporting metrics for the various Sales departments including Regional Executives
- Controlling duties include review of month end and quarter end close expense items including accruals, expense reclasses, and transfers as applicable for EMEA Sales.
- Drive forecasting and planning process for Sales functions
- Work closely with the Sales Strategy and HQ counterparts on items including annual planning and the monthly forecasting process.
- Align with F&S Corporate, F&S APAC, F&S LACA, F&S Japan and HQ counterparts to ensure consistency of processes, accounting & reporting
- Participate in process improvement projects, including development and implementation of new business processes and best practices
- Perform various ad-hoc analyses, such as integration plans of acquisitions
Key Skills & Experience required
- A third level degree and professional accounting accreditation (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- At least 3 to 5 years post qualification experience in an FP&A, Finance & Strategy, Accounting, or Sales Strategy function of a multinational entity.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Powerpoint; Hyperion, Oracle, and Salesforce CRM a plus.
- Fluency in English is required, ability to conduct business in another European language is beneficial but not required.
- Entrepreneurial drive and a get it done attitude to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
