The Swedish speaking Desk Side Support will secure that all technical aspects of the meeting is up and running and will be on standby during the meeting if requested. The technician can also be the one running the virtual meeting securing that it's carried out according to the agenda.
The Swedish speaking Desk Side Support will ideally have the following skills and expertise:
Approx. 5 years' experience supporting top management
* Office support
* PC and mobile support
* Incident process
* SNOW
* Investigating, defining and resolving complex problems
* Service minded, social skilled
* Manage important technical meeting support
* Communicate verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences
