Description

As business analyst you are the liaison between business and IT. You are the primary contact person for our stakeholders and take responsibility in identifying requirements, modelling those into feasible and acceptable solutions and document that for future references. You are an ambassador of and driving force in collaboration and delivering value for our stakeholders. You strive for continuous improvement and are eager to share knowledge with your colleagues. You inspire and convince your colleagues with your vision on sustainable solutions and work closely together with software engineers. You proactively participate in team decisions and challenge your team members on solutions and decisions. You see yourself as a part of a DevOps team where analysis is an integral part of development and contribute to the maintenance and further development of ClientLink. The team’s main drivers are autonomy, challenge, focus on results and continuous improvement.

Your activities: 
Your main focus is on analysis related activities within the ClientLink DevOps team. You will closely cooperate with other skilled business analysts and the product owner to prepare high priority work items. Translate requirements and business needs into user stories, so that it becomes clear who wants to have what and why.
Besides you will be challenged to help your DevOps team with other activities when needed and you can be part of a bigger BA community within the bank to share and gain knowledge that can be used immediately. Furthermore you:
- Closely collaborate with your development team and product owner during sprints
- Clearly create, prepare and maintain work items so that they are unambiguously clear for the development team
- Acknowledge and communicate (potential) risks with stakeholders
- Advise your colleagues on improvements and best practices
- Review work of colleagues
- Challenge presented solutions

The solution connects users across the world by providing a complete view of the client and supports the marketing, sales and service processes in the front-office; it provides a platform for client coverage and product lines to collaborate and interact in order to achieve more efficiency; create worldwide connectivity around local franchises; provide the means for management and the sales force to forecast revenues. ClientLink is a customized version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
