Zion Tech Group provides IT global services on demand. We are looking for technical resources in multiple locations with field experience in IT assistance tasks on demand Level 1 and 2, with knowledge in PC Hardware, Data Center, Cisco, Computer Hardware Servicing, Computer Trouble shooting, Unix, Linux and Windows.Requirements:
* Break Fix - Carry data transfer kit (replace HD)
* Knowledge of Cisco Routers Configuration (LAN/WAN)
* Good English Communication Skills
* Visit our customer for onsite support & replace/install parts
* HW / SW Maintenance, Configuration & Installation
* Troubleshoot Routers & Replace components (Network cards/SPA etc)
* Experience on Infrastructure ( IT, Switches, Server, Data Center )
* Imaging desktops and laptops using SCCM
* Handling different operating systems
* Asset/Inventory Management at sites
* Desktop/Network Printers Management
