Description

Change Manager will be dedicated to the project and will be responsible for the delivery of core change management artifacts eg stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, business readiness etc and the execution of associated change activities

Qualification & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, preferably at a post-graduate level
  • Prosci or a similar Change Management Certificate is desirable

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years experience in change management within a medium to large enterprise IT environment
  • Employee Central and HR experience will be looked upon favourably
  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, tool sets and the change management process
  • Exceptional communication skills, written, verbal and creative design
  • Familiar with using social tools (Skype, Yammer) to enable collaboration and engagement
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and Office 365 tool set
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrates ability to plan, set priorities, organises and coordinates work with others.
  • Able to work in a Matrix environment and accomplish work through others who are not direct reports.
