Responsibilities
- Being valuable part of product build team responsible for evolving the product and implementing new features
- Participate in full software development life cycle including requirements, implementation, testing and documentation according to industry best practices.
- Work in agile SCRUM team following the defined development processes (source code version control, core review and continuous integration/deployment)
What you must know/have:
- Experience with developing applications deployed on AWS and serverless
- Experience and knowledge of related integration design-patterns
- Experience with writing AWS Lambda functions and AWS Step functions
- Experience with ES6 and/or TypeScript
- Experience of Node.js
- Experience of designing, building, deploying and interacting with webservices. (eg REST, SOAP)
- Experience in designing, building and deploying components on the data layer, ideally including NoSQL or DynamoDB databases
- Ideally experience with SNS, SQS, CloudWatch, Pipes, Cognito
- Experience with HTML/CSS and related web technologies
These skills would be an advantage to have:
- Experience in working within an Agile team an advantage
- Experience with message-oriented systems, microservices, Real Time Middleware principles
- Experience in test driven development an advantage
- Experience with .NET or Java an advantage
