An opportunity for an experienced Procurement Officer to work for a large Public Sector Organisation in Edinburgh. You will be involved with extremely complex commercial services procurement.
Essential skills:
- Public Sector experience (OJEU)
- Commercial services experience
- End to end tender experience
- Strong stakeholder experience as this is a highly political environment
