My client, a consulting company based in Luxembourg requires a Training/Business Analyst - Sharepoint
We are looking candidates in order to support the ongoing BEI project in the following tasks:
- Prepare support and training documentation
- Develop end-user SharePoint basic training material with the objective to get familiar with SharePoint
- Participate in the support to the users
- Participate to pilot teams interviews, process and procedures analysis
- Provide functional business requirements analysis and mapping
- Provide business process mapping
- Analyse backlog repository, advise and identify items and guide users in their compliance recommendations regarding archiving
- Evaluate Information aspects around documents and records
- Prepare IT requirements specifications
- Participate in system testing (before user acceptance tests).
- Prepare mock-ups
