Agile Coach
This is an excellent opportunity to lead and coach a team for implementation and effective adoption of Agile in an Enterprise organization.
In this exciting role you will develop implementation plans and roadmaps to achieve success adoption of Scaled Agile methodology in this leading global organization. You should bring a passion for Agile methodology as well as outstanding skills building relationships and recruiting other Agile Evangelists to achieve a true adoption for this Enterprise team. Strategies, planning, adoption, key performance metrics indicators, training, conducting workshops, and establishing best practices and principles are all necessary duties to succeed in this dynamic environment. Function as a coach and implement as a Program Manager are the dynamics we are seeking from this talented person.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years of experience working in an Agile environment as a Project Manager/Scrum Master
- 2+ years of experience as an Agile coach
- Successful experience achieving adoption of Agile in a large scale enterprise environment
- Scrum Master/Product Owner experience is required
- Dynamic leadership, communication, facilitation, change management, collaboration and relationship management skills
- Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner
- Rally, Jira, CA Agile Central or other tool
Preferred Skills:
- Certified Scrum Professional
- Scaled Agile Certified
- IC Agile - Agile Coaching certified
- SAFe
