On behalf of our client, a major and fast growing Telecom company, Manning Global Group is currently looking for a Senior 2G RF Optimization Engineer for a project in Luxembourg.Fluency in the English and French language is essential.
The role entails,
Involvement in KPI and Parameter mapping. The definition of Drive Test requirements for optimisation purposes. Responsibility for achieving KPI on a cluster, e.g. DT and OSS KPI
To oversee all stages, from preparation of cluster database with adjacent cell definitions (ADJC) until monitoring and improvement of the KPIs
The skills needed include,
Previous approx 5 years experience as Senior 2G RF Optimization Engineer with involvement in swap projects for one of the big vendors. The ability to analyze Drive Tests with Actix and perform investigation on KPI and counter levels. To make recommendations on a mechanical and design matters.
