Senior Business analyst/process analyst and/or KPI specialist
The Cybersecurity Process Analyst analyses a number of processes and defines metrics to measure the quality of both process and process output. The analyst will use standard methods and techniques to objectively assess the metrics and thresholds. Furthermore, the analyst will assess which tools, systems and/or data sources can be used to empower/feed the metrics, manually or – preferably- automatically.
Analyzing Cybersecurity processes, define KPI’s and tresholds, find and define process improvements. Capable of converting all data found into coherent information and conclusions and findings suitable for senior management.
Mission: The analysis of the processes and determination of their quality contribute to a better (cyber)security of Rabobank.
Main Tasks: The ITCSS SST Business Analyst is responsible for:
• Investigating and analysing cybersecurity processes
• Identifying and evaluating options for improvements
• Desiging process quality metrics and their thresholds
• Analyzing systems/tools/data sources, for possible metric data feeds
