Organisational Change Management - SAP - Pharmaceuticals - French - English - BelgiumNextLink is having an existing position as a French and English speaking Organisational Change Management Consultant for global projects in Belgium for our core client within Pharmaceutical industry.

Your main accountabilities will be:
- Provides the approach and management of the required activities to ensure that impact of proposed changes to the clients organisation, through the implementation of new or changed processes and/or systems, are understood and effectively managed.
- Migrating 80 services from the end client to help the organization to know how they will be supporter for IT services in the future.
- Understand client requirements for IT processes
- Creating the communication plan and execute communication plan
- Managing and engaging employees to understand the benefits of this change.
Requirements:
- + 4 years experience on organizational change
