Job Description:
· Provide project management expertise in the successful delivery of the pilot project.
· Management of milestones as defined per risk mitigation plan and report progress.
· Support development of a robust end-to-end QRI operational process i.e. from screening of new regulations to implementation in R&D.
- Act as Facilitator/Moderator in transversal Workshops with representation from the various R&D areas with a view to formalizing the process into a QRI Written Standard. [N.B. These workshops are aimed at designing and mapping process flows; develop RACIs, alignment in Roles & Responsibilities, define the QRI content scope, define the geographical coverage of QRI and produce templates for inclusion in the Written Standard.]
- Support development and rollout of the right IT infrastructure to enhance the QRI process. [N.B. In order to support the development of the IT tool, technical skills would be an asset to be able to translate business needs into an integrated QRI Management System with URS/functionalities for the key process steps.]
Support the development of performance & effectiveness measures of the QRI process execution, e.g.:
a. Support the design of tools for the generation of state-of-the art metrics & KPIs, effectiveness checks and alert mechanisms as appropriate.
b. Support the development of a QRI Dashboard (to link with existing governance structures and create visibility of KPI statuses)
· Support the development of a Communication & Engagement Strategy, increase capability of R&D partners to take accountability in the QRI process and facilitate the understanding of its' implications
