Mandatory travel to Estonia
Technical skills: Build and Deployment tools
* Version control tools: GIT, GitHub, Gitlabs, Bitbucket
* Integration tools: Bamboo, Nexus, Jenkins, ANT, MAVEN
* Implementation experience of 8+ years on Java components
* Preferred programming Skills: 4+ years' experience in Java/Python
* Collaboration tool working knowledge: Atlassian confluence/JIRA
* Database working knowledge: Oracle/SQL server
Management skills:
* Work with product release planning (more detailed/technical level to co-ordinate between squads; lead product development to incremental approach - release frequently, whenever there is enough value).
* Schedule and facilitate cross-functional meetings (eg product planning events, agile ceremonies such as Scrum of Scrums)
* Performs risk, issue and dependency management for the teams.
* Remove impediments to team or product release progress. When necessary, escalates impediments to facilitate rapid resolution.
* Support efforts to resolve systemic impediments that continually block teams within their organization.
* Ensure effective communication within and across teams.
* Ensure appropriate progress tools and reports effectively provide transparency on team's (or multiple teams') productivity.
* Main responsibility area from product planning to definition done
* Ensure through automated scanning and checks that any mismatch is discovered quickly and every our release is compliance
* Manage delivery information for release and delivery teams into one place with compact view
