Estates Manager- Mechanical Bias - Engineering - Midlands - NHS - Interim - January Start - 4 months +
My Midlands based NHS client currently has a requirement for a mechanical estates manager on an interim basis to lead the m&e engineering team on minor projects and maintenance.
To be considered for this role you will meet the following criteria;
- Worked at a similar level and role within the NHS in the last 5 years
- Lead a team of M&E technicians
- Delivered minor M&E projects
- Building/construction surveying/project experience
