Description
We have an opportunity available for a Network Support Engineer to support our client based Prague.
Responsibilities:
- You will have experience in Network Support, ideally delivering remote support and live troubleshooting of network related incidents.
- Strong general knowledge of networking essentials, ie: protocols like (IP, OSPF, BGP, DHCP, DNS) etc.
- Experience in restoring service on production networks through implementing workarounds or fixes
Technical Product Skills
The core skills we need are:
- Cisco Switching (Campus Switching)
- Cisco Nexus Switching (DC Switching)
- Cisco WLAN
- Cisco Routing (OSPF/BGP)
Auxiliary skills that will be useful are:
- Cisco ASA Firewalls
- Fortinet Fortigate FW
