Digital Designer - £250-£300 per day- CENTRAL LONDON - 1 month Contract - MARCH START DATE
My client a leading creative agency in the film industry is looking for a new Digital Designer to help with the release of a new Blockbuster film. Reporting to the Senior Digital Designer, this role will be ideal for a versatile and fully engaged Digital Designer to work across Digital, Print and Outdoor. The successful candidate will be a creative innovative who is design-led and naturally curious and passionate about design, with a proven track record for creating designs in HTML5.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Adapting print assets for press and outdoor to spec and within set deadlines
* Storyboarding, animating and building HTML5 formats
* Designing layouts, mock-ups, and flats for banners, apps, pitches and websites
* Various administrative tasks as necessary
* Conceptualising and brainstorming within the Digital team and as part of the wider business
* Reformatting and/or adapting online banner campaigns
Essential Skills
* Fully competent with using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
* Ability to originate creative concepts from written briefs and deliver to set timescales
* Able to juggle various projects simultaneously with differing budgets, timescales and
deadlines
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with peers, key
stakeholders and the wider business
* Comfortable working both as part of a team and autonomously using own initiative
* Interest in and genuine passion for creating innovative designs
Desired Skills
* Previous experience in the media, film or entertainment industry
* Experience using After Effects, Google Web Designer, Tumult Hype and Sizmek Ad Builder
* Awareness/Knowledge of ad serving platforms such Sizmek and Doubleclick
* Experience of hand coding in HTML
* HTML5/rich media advertising
