SalesForce Release Project Manager - Contract - Dublin
My client is a global company who are currently looking to recruit a SalesForce Release Project Manager to join its team in Dublin on a contract basis.
The SalesForce Release Project Manager will be responsible for the following
- Oversight for Salesforce Enhancement delivery during and after internal transition
- Support in managing the transition activities, tracking and closing open items
- Monitor and guide the Enhancement delivery after transition from AMS Operations by:
- Ensuring proper governance is applied and demand is managed according to capacity and prioritisation
- Overseeing release planning and completion
- Stabilise the delivery in close collaboration with the Delivery team
- Ensure issues are getting resolved on time and escalations being followed up
- Promote the new delivery model and propose actions for any detected gaps
- Stakeholder management, communication
The key requirements for this role:
- Significant experience in a similar role with a proven track record in project mgmt, program mgmt, release mgmt, integration mgmt or service delivery
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Veeva systems desirable
- Programme and project management experience in devising and executing against plans
- Proven track rack record in large, preferably global, multi-team projects dealing with complex process areas and business groups
- Ability to operate in Matrix organisation
- Previous experience in a software development environment.
