Business Analyst
Background/Skills/Experience:
- Banking/Financial Services experience
- BA: 4 years of business analyst experience required across one or more of the following project types: Business Process Reengineering, Strategy Transformation, Vendor Integration, SDLC (waterfall or Agile) projects
- BA: 1-2 years of business analyst experience with PCI Compliance projects.
- Standard industry certification
- Consulting background
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Information Technology field
- Detail-oriented with a proven history as a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent verbal presentation and written communication skills with ability to present to all levels of the organization
- Results Oriented with excellent problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and decision making skills
- Proficient the use of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Project and MS Visio
- Ability to collaborate with others and understands how individual actions impact the team's/organization's vision and goals
