Global Program Manager

Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.

They require a Global Program Manager with 4-5 years + Product Management or Consultancy background and strong Program/Project management experience.

Initially on an 11-month contract, the successful candidate will support clients that want to scale their Payments operations.

A General Day:

  • Understand the challenges companies face in their international expansion in regards to payments.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their international expansion/optimization needs.
  • Manage the process from start to finish in terms of identifying the right clients to support, deep diving into their challenges, and working with our internal teams and external partners to help identify the support they need.
  • Solution-sell solutions to address international Payment needs.
  • Perform post support client reviews.
  • Connect clients to other relevant teams/external partners if there is need for their support.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • BA/BS in Commerce or a related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically - 4-5 years + Product Management or Consultancy background
  • International payments operations experience is a must have
  • A track record of crafting and delivering strategic plans in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Strong Program/Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong operational and strategic insight to proactively identify scaling on boarding efficiencies.
  • Must be able to context-switch and manage multiple partners in parallel across various implementation stages.
