I'm currently looking for a Project Manager with knowledge and experience in screening, evaluating and implementing LMS/CMS (Learning Management and Content Management) systems into a Matrix organization with complex processes management.
The ideal candidate has business as well as IT perspective, and is able to deliver the project from the pre-study phase to the evaluation and then implementation of the solution.
The company I'm partnering with is a well-known Swedish corporation specialized in implementing digital and tech solutions in the manufacturing sector in order to improve performances and output.
Key accountabilities:
- Define the requirements and selection criteria for an LMS/CMS provider
- Screening the market
- Define the roll-out and change management process
- Prepare and present a business case for implementation and rollout to administrators and users
- Run the implementation
Desired Skills:
- Business sense
- Experienced project manager with knowledge of various project methodologies
- Able to work with Matrix organizations
- Able to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders and complex processes
- Excellent understanding of IT processes and tools and capable of following policies and procedures of the company
