Role:
Maintain up to date documentation
Create, maintain, and improve departmental policies and procedures
Attend change & project management meetings as needed.
Proficient in managing the software life cycle of a Directory Synchronization Service.
Proficient with and working knowledge of server hardware/software, deployed in data centres and cloud/virtualization environments, following best practices
Good written and verbal communication skills using the English language, with ability to effectively communicate and display architectural designs and implementation choices;
Ability to interact with internal and external personnel at all organizational levels.. Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Forefront Identity Manager (FIM) or Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), with particular emphasis on the Synchronisation engine in a large multi forest environment;
Minimum five years of experience of working in an Enterprise environment installing and maintaining Directory Synchronisation Services;. Programming experience in Microsoft PowerShell & VBscript;
Demonstrated experience of Microsoft Exchange Server and Microsoft SQL Server management;
Skills Required:
Support monthly Windows Updates distribution to all internal and external customers.
Provide reports on the Windows Updates compliancy.
Perform SCCM and SCOM new implementations if requested.
Provide SCCM and SCOM 3rd level support to local administrators- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft System Center Suit products - SCCM, SCOM, SCSM, SCORCH.
Expertise in administration and implementation of WSUS 3.0, 3.5 and 6.3; Expertise in administration, implementation and integration of the System Center Configuration and Operations Manager (SCCM 1706, SCOM 2012 and 2016);
Expertise in administration of Windows Server;
Expertise in using and developing Powershell, VB and SQL Scripts;
In depth knowledge on network protocols and network management technology; Sound knowledge of Microsoft System Center Orchestrator and Service Manager Applications
