NextLink is looking for a IT Consult & Design Complaint Management lead to work in Barcelona, Spain for pharmaceutical company.
The candidate shall take over responsibility for the delivery, while accountability remains with the Complaint Handling Management Lead.
The core platform is salesforce.com (Service and Complaint Management modules). 2 Key areas :
- Qualify, estimate and deliver new business requirements (Functional or regulatory)
- Operational Delivery performed by offshore Third party provider.
- Main tools used : Service Now, HP ALM and SFDC
High-level Task description
- Lead, coordinate & support CRM related projects (Focus on Complaint Management)
- Act as Single Point of Contact to validate and qualify new business demands
- Monitor timeliness, accuracy and quality of third Party provider operational delivery
- Technical expertise to validate or recommend new solution design
- Secure adherence and compliance to Standard Roche PMM requirements
- Project status updates & stakeholder Communication
Requisites
- Experience in Healthcare industry (CSV & GxP systems)
- PM certification, focus on IT projects (ITIL preferred)
- Sales Force (Admin &/or Developer certification)
- Planning, Structure, Organization skills is a must
- Stakeholder Management - Business & External partners are the two SH to be managed.
- Fluent English Written and verbal is a must - French/Spanish or German a plus
