Description
Fullstack is currently on the lookout for an experienced Full Stack Developer, to join a huge client based in Brussels on a 6mth contract basis.
Responsible for software development and architecture definition services, the Full Stack Developer will be working in an Agile/Scrum/SAFE environment, as part of a large project team in both Java and Javascript. This is a new project that'll likely extend in to 2020 - working on a new platform that will be rolled out to thousands of internal users - and the Full Stack Developer will be required to actively contribute fresh ideas to ensure its success.
As Full Stack Developer, your duties will include design, development, unit/integration testing and maintenance of software. You'll contribute to platform solution architecture, propose innovative new designs and develop prototypes. You'll also rollout pilots, produce/maintain architecture and components design documentation, and be involved in the fixing of defects.
Skills required:
- Very good experience of Java/JEE
- Very good experience of JavaScript (specifically Angular)
- CQRS/Event sourcing/Kafka
- Maven and Jenkins
- Docker and/or Kubernetes
